Quality Policy

EDILCOL ITALIA S.r.l., located in Vinchiaturo (CB) in Contrada Piana Zona Industriale, is aware of the challenges and opportunities that the market imposes daily and of the need to adopt rapid and winning decisions.

Pursuing company effectiveness and efficiency therefore means managing to overcome challenges and difficulties and, at the same time, being able to seize opportunities.

It is with this perspective that the Organization has decided on the establishment before, achievement and maintenance then of a quality system that complies with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, which allows to guarantee greater internal efficiency and a better predisposition to demonstrate its ability to provide services aimed at customer satisfaction and, also through compliance with applicable mandatory requirements, to face risks and opportunities associated with the context for achieving the set objectives.

The General Management of EDILCOL ITALIA S.r.l., located in Vinchiaturo (CB), in Contrada Piana Zona Industriale, is involved in the implementation, development and setting up of a program to improve its business management system, developed according to the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

Consistent with this choice, EDILCOL ITALIA S.r.l. has developed a detailed plan of the objectives that it intends to achieve, which can be summarized as follows:

  • as regards customer-related processes, in order to improve customer satisfaction and increase the competitive position with respect to the best and fair competition, the Strategic Objectives and Quality Plan is drawn up annually (MQ 02-06 of the QMS). During 2017, the process of adaptation to the new ISO 9001:2015 was undertaken, which will lead us to the transition to the new standard in March 2018. The planning of this adjustment is contained in the review;
  • as regards the continuous improvement of all company processes, without neglecting the interconnections and functional links between them, the Plan of the objectives of the Processes is drawn up annually (MQ 02-05 of the QMS).

It is the General Administration’s certainty that the continuous improvement of quality can be achieved most effectively by preventing problems rather than by post-clearance verification and correction.

It is recognized that a continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of the products is obtained more easily through the involvement and commitment of the personnel of every level, in order to result in a greater satisfaction of the final user and a growth of image, competitiveness and corporate profitability.

In order to achieve these objectives, the General Management is required to give each person the commitment to improving QUALITY, with a view to strong commitment.
